We believe in fair refunds, fast resolutions, and customer-first service.
If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. This page explains how to request a refund, eligibility rules, and how fast you’ll get your money back.


🔹 Can I Get a Refund?

Yes — if you meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The issue falls within valid refund reasons: wrong item, defective product, or undelivered package

🔹 Refund Eligibility

You’re eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • Your item was lost or undelivered (after carrier investigation)
  • You received the wrong product
  • You canceled before shipment

⚠️ Non-refundable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items returned without original packaging

🔹 How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email support@snagstorm.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or video (if damaged)
  • A brief reason for your refund request

Step 2: Our team will verify your case within 2 business days

Step 3: If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method


🔹 When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once approved:

  • Credit/debit cards: 3–7 business days
  • PayPal: Up to 3 business days
  • Crypto payments: Refunded at current market value in same currency (fees may apply)

🔹 Important Notes

  • Do not return items without contacting us first—unauthorized returns may be rejected
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
  • Refunds are processed in the same currency used at checkout
