🔹 Can I Get a Refund?
Yes — if you meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The issue falls within valid refund reasons: wrong item, defective product, or undelivered package
🔹 Refund Eligibility
You’re eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- Your item was lost or undelivered (after carrier investigation)
- You received the wrong product
- You canceled before shipment
⚠️ Non-refundable items include:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Digital/downloadable products
- Items returned without original packaging
🔹 How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email support@snagstorm.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos or video (if damaged)
- A brief reason for your refund request
Step 2: Our team will verify your case within 2 business days
Step 3: If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method
🔹 When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once approved:
- Credit/debit cards: 3–7 business days
- PayPal: Up to 3 business days
- Crypto payments: Refunded at current market value in same currency (fees may apply)
🔹 Important Notes
- Do not return items without contacting us first—unauthorized returns may be rejected
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
- Refunds are processed in the same currency used at checkout
