2. All of our shifters are sourced from the Land Rover manufacturer, whether brand new, new other, or refurbished ones. The Jaguar Land Rover logos are shown clearly on the product.
3. The “new other” condition products come from the Land Rover factory with minor defects. They are upgraded specifically for your vehicle model.
4. We’ve got a testing platform for all “new other” and “refurbished” products. The shifter would be tested base on your VIN before the dispatch, in the meantime a warranty will be provided.
5. You could choose to return your old shifter to us after the replacement. A return label would be attached in the package. Once receiving your old part, we will check if it’s intact and provide a $50 refund (it’s only for parts recycling)
